Cooperation
Contracts for work and services
Based on the current legal frameworks we offer our customers services from all fields of engineering in the form of a contract for work and services. This form of commissioning enables customers to entrust us with the realisation of a defined project and we assume the responsibility for its success.
Temporary hire of workers
The MR Plan Group offers a mix of generalists and specialists. In addition to a contract for work and services, our customers have the option of sup-plementing their project teams by selecting from among our many specialists those who are essential for their success. As a registered member of the German association of personnel service providers, the Bundesverband der Personaldienstleister (BAP), we have a permanent licence to hire out temporary workers. We apply the collective agreements reached between the BAP and the German Trade Union Confederation (DGB).
